I need someone who can deliver me successful link building campaign. I have quite a big budget.

These are rules:
1. no link farms
2. no pay blogs/websites with posts filled with links
3. no coop networks
4. no bad neighborhood links around (cialis, viagra, credit repair, adult, etc)
5. no footer or sponsor group links
6. no sites/networks designed only for link sales (few pages, few months old, high PR usually built using black hat)
7. at least 70% of links should be placed on same or similar theme related web sites (health, business, travel, software & hardware, games)
8. at least 70% of links should be placed on different web sites

You are right! kozyavka,, There are NO SHORCUTS in quality links building

 

I won't ever trust anybody to build links for my site... this is quite important for me and Google is very strict about that...
