I'm going to write up an article, or perhaps post the results here - say the top 2 web producers from each country. I kept it general like "Web Producers" as this can include web site designers, developers and affiliates. I'm looking for lists of people who have experience of making sites and who are doing it well...but are less well known than say the John Chow's, Shoemoney's in the world....
