Hey everyone I am curious of who are the top web-page designer boutiques are. I cant think of any off the top of my head. Thanks in advance.
Most of the "top" designers are going to be linked in to the general top advertising agenicies such as MC Saatchi etc. Some do it all in house or others have sister companies/ strategic partners etc. Saatchi (from memory) do the branding/ outline design/ key messages etc, their sister company then does the final design and make the template/ static content and then use a 3rd company for any dynamic functionality etc
It really depends on what your definition is. Some bigger ones that come to my mind are: Big Spaceship group94 2 Advanced Firstborn Also, check out The FWA ... collection of great sites that really are pushing the boundaries, updated daily.

Just post your project in b/s/t section of this forum, as well as websites like getafreelnacer ,etc, all web designers who bids for your project, check their previous work and award one of them the project. Simple.
the best I have seen are www.designaces.co.uk but there portfolio page appears to be down right now. They have done some cracking sites

I couldn't tell you who the overall most popular designers are, but I quite like http://www.studio7designs.com/. It's a shame a lot of the "top designers" mentioned above have flash-based websites... What are they selling, gimmicky glitz or proper HTML code and a solid design?!
He is an awesome designer, but I find myself not liking the practicality of his sites. They look amazing, but i'm always distracted by the design. It doesn't point my eye to anything inparticular.
