    This is funny, I've been off myspace for over a year, but now people are posting on various boards about "myspace superstars"....so who are they and what's their claim to fame...1/2 million friends or other virtues?

    thanks ahkip, yes, I remember Tom as my first friend there also...I guess he is gold standard.

    now there is a limit of 500 new friends a day I think, so it would take almost three years to get to 1/2 a million friends

    A few bands like Taking Back Sunday and Fall Out Boy have over a million friends too. But other than supermodels, popular bands, and Tom's sneaky trick of adding himself as everyone's friend, I'm not sure who else is there.

    There are many more people who are so called advertisers and have close to 100k-200k friends, there is no way of differentiating them from normal people as well heh.
