As per title... Most of us come here to mainly find help and I think I personally always got someone to help me whatever the problem in whatever section...some members are really really helpful in exchange for almost nothing! It still amazes me and I try doing the same when I can. But I'd like the opinion of you guys too! So, who are they in your own experience?
Depends on what you post questions about! Most of us help members on different boards. Tip: Stay away from da Apache (Think mod_rewrite.) board.
Yes but if you were to point out a handful of members, who would those be? I understand that most members help to a certain degree, but some help more, maybe for technical knowledge and/or time available and/or by nature... I wonder why I should stay away from that board, I only hope I don't need to go there!
Almost all the members are helpful here. Pointing out only a handful is very difficult. I think yfs1, The Webmaster, Crazy_Rob, T0PS3O, Nintendo, Sumit Bahl, Maldives Shawn, Ministrel are few to name out of the most helpful people here...
You are helpful, when you are not pretending to be a wacko... (As in Adsense FAQ, Mod re_write FAQ and help, CGI, and busting google's spamology...)
I haven't been on DP for as long as most of you, but it seems that the most helpful people (to me so far, and the most friendliest) have been blogmaster, eXe and minstrel. Sorry if anyone else has helped me out and I didn't put you in my little list.
I am of a helping nature but sometime helping others turns out to be very expensive specially when you help those people who came with a wrong motive in their mind.
