    I thought about having a contest but after going thru that thread, that didnt seem like the best course of action.

    depends on what kinda work you want. I use a creative called guy dub who simply is superb at graphics and mac work. Creativity and tenacity seems to be his best asset as he can cut through a brief and get it nailed well within any budget and time scale I have ever given. The only draw back is some times if you want to get something done quick, his waiting list gets longer and longer. I know he does out source to other creatives of high quality such as those boys at greenlush who also kick ass!!
