As I know 2CO and Plimus are the only two so far. I think 2CO is better than Plimus.

Payoneer is great, especially if you are an international user.
Go to their website to learn about their partners www.payoneer.com
And also their community forum has been very helpful http://community.payoneer.com/

Payoneer doesn't directly handle the transactions. Payoneer is only a company that acts as a virtual bank account. you can load payoneer through your partner and withdraw from payoneer card.
In Paypal every user cannot directly withdraw money into a debit or credit card, but if you load Payoneer through a partner you can withdraw money from anywhere in the world. As I know so far PayPal is not a Payoneer partner.

One think you should know before getting a payoneer card is that you have to recieve payment on that card if you want to make any deposit with a cc. ONLY get a payoneer partner whom you'll use to get payment. You said you want to accept payments then I suggest going with 2CO.

Just get a regular merchant account instead of going with payoneer. I suggest a merchant account through your bank.

Payoneer can be considered a best Pay"OUT" solution and not to get payments from your web store. My suggestion is to get a PayPal or AlertPay account for handling credit card transactions and get payments to your store, and then may be withdraw to your Payoneer MasterCard debit with the help of their US Payment Service aka Payoneer virtual bank account.

Payoneer should work with Fiverr, then everyone would use Payoneer.
