When you sertup a product in WHMCS, you specify the welcome email for each product. My problem is that the email I want sent is stored in the database, but it ALWAYS sends the default "Order Confirmation" email. I need the welcome email specified in the product attributes page to be sent instead. If someone could help me fix this issue, please specify your price here in the thread. I need this done ASAP. Payments via PayPal USD. Thanks.
Hi, Order Confirmation Email and Welcome Email are 2 different Things. Order Confirmation is sent whenever someone orders on your website while welcome Email is sent after completion of payment. edit: you can disbale it from being sent. my tech is just checking and he found the method.
