WHMCS has closed license transferring. "Web Host" licenses get banned if they are transferred to another server from the provider that is giving free WHMCS. The only way is to buy it from their official website. Its just $15.95 per month. You can start off with monthly license, and once you start getting enough clients and make money from it, you can buy a "One Time" License. That's what I did.
Starter can use WHMCS Webhost official website License, This License is purchase from WHMCS itself,so No worry about FAKE/Nulled.
