I am starting a small hosting company with WHMCS. But the thing si there is no domain tld reseller which give domain name for free :/

I need a free one as i can't deposit much money in it. I don't need any profit from domain selling.... Is there any other way ?

I don't know of any that will do that. If you can't afford $100 deposit, as a business, you shouldn't be running a business. Businesses by their very nature require business plans, monetary investments, etc.

The only thing you will be able to do is have a client purchase a domain from you, and then you purchase it manually from some other provider. Nothing will be automated, but that's what happens when you don't want to invest any money. You don't have much of a choice.

?? OP, I am having trouble understanding everything in your post.

you dont need to actually sell domains to do hosting with whmcs. Users might have domains elsewhere, and can point them to your hosting. In whmcs, under settings, you can disable "require domain". You can purchase a domain, and allow users to create a free subdomain, but this is not ideal.

For a domain reseller, I am having trouble finding a good partner myself! However, I know that namecheap you can put on a little credit, lets say $15, and if you make a sale, simply add more credit to your account -> this would still be 'automated' as you simply top up your account everytime you make a sale.
WSWD suggestion is good though, at least doing it manually, will allow you time to do a proper fraud check before your credit is spent on a domain. namecheap will connect directly into whmcs, and I think this might be the solution for you. Issue is pricing, you will have to have a markup to cover payment processing fees.

You can offer free .tk domains. To offer this, in whmcs, under domain registrars, the 4th option, is the module that allows you to 'sell' .tk domains.

I believe NetEarthOne allows you to do this. They do not require a downpayment, and in addition they have WHMCS integration. Check out http://reseller.netearthone.com
