I did...I don't see anything strange. You can sort that list however you want...by status, subject, last reply (ascending or descending). Just click "Last Reply" and it will change the sort order. Is that what you're trying to fix? If not, I have no idea what you're trying to do.
You can choose what ever sort order you prefer. I personally tend to use ascending order (ie. most recent ticket reply at the top).
