WHM welcome email

    I have made all the packages.. and made an account.. to test. However it's not sending out a welcome email. I have no idea how to send an welcome email with all the needed hosting account information. Can someone please help me... I am getting really stressed out by this! :mad:

    Please help!

    Check your SMTP settings in WHM. :)

    Ok How do I check that? Where would it be.. Not seeing anything that says SMTP anywhere..

    You need a billing software solution to automate the sending of welcome emails to your clients. WHM does not have this functionality built in. It will send out an email to the server contact address, assuming you have this set up in the notifications area. A good software to use is WHMCS. There are some free ones out there, however, they are not as easy to setup and use.
