    Iwhic.com are a disgrace. I've been with them for about 1 month and already I am not happy. I've signed up specifically to this website to inform people not to purchase hosting from them. They pretend that their hosting is excellent, yet they don't even take care of their hostees; they take forever to reply - they claim to offer 'super fast support'...
    They are also still offering December Specials... It's JANUARY! Also, their Server Status script never works...
    Take it from the clients... Iwhic are a no-no.

    They do reply, when they're online.

    The company's run by Jason and Aimee, which is about it other than the server admins...

    As of now none of them respond to tickets since WHMCS is not working and the only way to contact them is through the forums or YIM...

    Some people might not agree BUT I said be quick coz you might get over due

    It happened to me and he won't give me REFUND coz I'm 2 days over the 30 days Guarantee

    So Be quick and RUN...it is now the time before he got back and gave his 1000 reasons with the same server issues and how we must PITY Him...Such poor guy had to work hard dealing clients issues...BUT what about US and our customers...We do have to refund too and our biz gone down the drain....


    Someone might defend and said must give a nice guy a chance BUT Me I don't give any chance anymore after this is not the first time that I lost clients sites and important databases on that server...my free ip also dead and gone...I don't know what is going on BUT I suspect that he can't pay for that ip anymore and that is why his main ip also gone


    So any of you that fall victim PayPal Dispute Right Now! Don't wait any longer save your money now....coz me I don't get a refund he won't refund me

    This is just my advice

    It is all up to YOU to Decide...In the long run I'm 100% sure that you are leaving too....Just wait and see

    Only reason I'm not happy is due to downtime.

    The rest of it's fine.

    I'm not going to defend, but stay neutral and say that it's worth the money you pay. A few bucks gets you lower-quality service and I guess it's that way. $3/month for unmetered bandwidth is real good, and considering they have 80% uptime usually, it's pretty good.

    Ok for starters. I do deeply regret that the restore of all accounts on to the new server has taken this long. For second there is no scam as you can here that our 2 other servers are running fine. 3RD AND MOST IMPORTANT. My Daughter is very sick at the moment and we have spent sense late yesterday taken turns coming home from the hospital, I'm sorry we have not been available some times at all for the last 24 hours. Things have not worked as planned. Im as sorry as I CAN BE! I have the data center restoring the accounts on the main server now. I will go into more detail of what and why this is taken so long later. There is no scam as that would make no sense to scam just 1 of our 4 severs .. Lets think about that,, Why would we do that ? Nice try though and I understand your anger. As stated IwhiC is not a scam ! I agree with EVERY ONE THAT IS ON SERVER 2 that Server2 at IwhiC SUCKS. Hell I host my site on it and suffer the same damn down time and IM PISSED! I have made arrangements to add a few more servers and lighten all server loads! So here is the deal. Allow the DC to get the restore completed, and me to get things organized (client area / support center) Those of you that don't want your account great, Log in to your account do your back ups and cancel your account. Hate IwhiC all you want for the down time. I hate us at the moment too. As you can see I'm speaking from the heart and nothing I have said is sugar coded. I am deeply sorry for the server trouble that was out of my hands and have to allow the DC to restore the accounts on the New servers.
    So with this said I'm Pasting this to the other "I hate IwhiC thread that is going and Im going back to the Hospital, I will be back in around 3 hours.

    I say we blame HostParlor for all of this. IWHIC was a great company with 100% uptime until they kindly took on HP's customers.

    If anybody's site is down, And they need a place to host it urgently until IWHIC comes back online I can host you for free. Just PM me if you need it.

    I agree with Cameron, but I reiterate Jason is a host that communicates with his clients, he has explained why he has been unable to communicate, I think we need to give them both a break and let them get the servers back on track. Again not all of the servers are down, and Jason and Aimee are not Eddie (hostparlor) Peyton.

    I oppened my account with a free host, added my 3 and 4 DNS from them and............ it's working great.
    When Iwhic will be back online it will work without any work. It's only not for resellers.
