I run a WHM/cPanel server for my clients and we have their email setup on our server. They are getting tons of spam emails now that they switched to our server and they didn't have them when they were on 1and1.

They would like us to configure the server so we have a high email spam setting, but they want it to auto forward spam emails to a spam folder so they can select rather it is actually spam or not.

The server has Spamassasian on by default and i tried working with it, but doesn't seem to be working, i am even trying to use the GTUBE test and it still isn't working, so I need someone to get this resolved.

I need a high spam setting, so they don't get to many spam emails in their inbox, and it goes to a spam folder and they can select rather or not it is actually spam.

Migrate them to gmail apps and remember to store the emails on gmail. You will save a bunch of space as well. Small hosting customers are best directed to best practices. Unless you're charging them a lot per month i.e. there own box otherwise, I'd personally refer them to that. Also turn off catch all in whm, can be a major headache with spam.
