    Hi there

Does anybody know how to upgrade a WHM accounts quota of addon/sub domains, mysql's, email accounts etc AFTER it has been created.

    E.g.

I created a cpanel account with 2 of each item (listed above) I gave the account reseller rights and added the correct privileges.

How do I up the amounts from 2 to say 50?

I cannot find where to change these figures.

    Regards

    Matt

For standard quota modification (disk space), look in WHM -> Quota Modification
For resource (sql db, etc) modification, look in WHM -> Modify an Account
For bandwidth modification, look in WHM -> Limit Bandwidth Usage

You may not have access to these if you're a "reseller", but you should be able to get to them as 'root' itself.

    Thanks so so much.

Bit of a blonde moment Lol

The problem we had with a reseller was that he could not modify his resellers quotas. This was because when he created a reseller with his WHMResellers Plugin in WHM it created the account as its own owner (this is correct) but he then could not change the quotas as he couldnt see them. We gave him two options further to your advice...

    1. Downgrade his reseller to a cpanel account using the upgrade/downgrade tab on WHMReseller Plugin in his WHM. Then make the changes, then upgrade them to reseller again...

    2. Raise a ticket with the account name and the modifications he wished to make to the quotas and we can do it for him using Root.

    Thanks for your advice.
