    I am selling this website because I have many others that I want to concentrate on.

    I bought this website at the beginning of the year and have made several hundred dollars. Not consistent income. I have not been able to promote the site too much. I will host the site for you after purchase for free, or you can move it to your servers at your expense. I will give you total access to the site to do so. The domain name is registered thru NameCheap.

    This site was professionally built on the ButterFly Marketing system. The site is comeplete and all is working. It has many many features built into the admin area of the site.

    Someone with the time and promotion ideas can do very well with it.
