Hi guys I'm new here and looks like a great place for professionals to share info. I run a pretty large site of about 1.5 million members and about half of them are quite active. Problem I have is with mailings to them and especially my new member mailings. They are always getting stuck in hotmail spam filtering. Same thing at Yahoo. I've tried to modify them but at this point I'm still not seeing good results. It's left me with three options. 1. Get some better advice on how to avoid spam filtering in registration emails (how do all those spammers get through?) 2. Hire a company to handle all of our email marketing 3. Get in touch with hotmail and yahoo (and others) to whitelist our domain although not sure how this might work. Am curious to know if anyone is involved in this area of marketing.
