    I'm selling probably the best domain for a white hat seo or white hat security forum. Currently has premium SMF theme and professional logo, and is setup as security forum but can be easily changed to SEO forum as it hasn't been promoted.

    So let me get this straight, the forum is a new forum that has probably been up around 9 days ( thats when the administrator registered ) and your BIN price is $500? to me its not worth anything but the domain name fees of about $10.
