Whitehat vs blackhat?

I got accepted into 2 cpas so far but still learning. What i am wondering is, what are the differences between whitehat methods and blackhat methods, the pros and cons and so on.

Just wondering which way i should head... Thanks

 

whitehat => less earnings
blackhat => $$$ in short period of time.

 

get big money at long time

 

if you want to be successful long term, head for whitehat. if you wanna be known in this industry, don't do blackhat as people will hate you. I suggest you just stick to whitehat

 

Whitehat for long term and blackhat for shortterm .

 

Not all Blackhat is bad, a lot of it is very creative marketing to drive traffic to your page. Or it can range through to completely fake leads, paying people 50c to do $1 email submits etc which is more fraud than blackhat.

I do every shade of white/gray/black hat "but" before i do anything i always ask "Are these leads good for the merchant" and if it is i do it.

I never have problems, i often have AM's phone me saying "Whatever you are doing, can you do more of it".

Stay away from fraudulent leads, other than that do whatever it takes to get your offer in front of as many people as possible.

 

BH's usually end up with nothing in their hands, so .. whitehat

BLACK HAT METHODS ARE METHODS THAT AREN'T SO ANGELIC AND CPAS DO NOT APPROVE OF THEM. YOU CAN GET AROUND THAT IF YOU KNOW THE RIGHT TRICKS. YOU EARN MORE AND FASTER. I FOUND SO MANY METHODS THAT ARE BLACKHAT BUT GET AROUND, NEVER HAD ANYTHING SCRUBBED OFF. TRACKING LOOKS 100% LEGIT.

Black hats methods are a bit risky and can cost you a whole dedicated IP and domain ranking failure.

I would say to go legit and go with safe precautions and go with whitehat if you are going to go long term.
If you ever do consider black hat, I strongly consider using an alternative domain that has a seperate domain than your main site so it doesn't get effected in any way.

 

period. A lot of people sell ebooks about doing your own leads, and how much you can make, but this is garbage. Case in point, I sent two legit debt leads that did not pan out and the client complained. These were legitimately acquired leads. Still complained. Can not imagine how one gets away wth thousands of fraud leads. So do not do it. One thing you could do is blackhat traffic, like autoresponding to CL, and as long as they are real leads I feel fine about it, but that is not lead fraud mind you. Keep in mind if you fraud the affiliates, you kill the goose that lays the golden eggs. There are plenty of ways to acquire real leads, but thanks to restrictions out the wazoo, most of them are blackhat. So that is their own fault. No CL, no splogs, etc. You want money or not? But if it involves in the end real leads, I do not feel bad about it.
