Those who went for white hat. Would you consider black hat link development techniques if there was no risk involved or would you still find them unethical? Just thinking weather i should cover more BH stuff on my exposed SEO blog. or go more mainstream. edit- Oh bollocks, i have forgotten to add a poll
Most Black Hat deceives the reader, and therefore just irritates them. So in most cases using these techniques are not good for a long term business. IMO
you could use blackhat technique to get high visitors coming for like 2-3 months before google banned you, and then set the domain to parking. you could get easy money on that. after all hosting are cheap now, and .cn and .info domain is like under $2/year
That's what i was thinking. Get a separate hosting for a few months + a domain name that will set you back $30 or so and then experiment with BH techniques and hopefully make 20 times your money back or so.
Yes, white is real SEO. SEO = Search Engine Optimization it does not necessarily mean spamming. Many of my new clients have no page titles on their pages or they are all the same. No Meta Descriptions or all the same. Javascript or flash navigation. Main keywords in images. etc. etc. etc Making a site readable and understand able by the search engines is White Hat SEO (as Per Google). Google also recommends getting relevant sites to link to yours. Two directories they have mentioned in their help sections are DMOZ and Yahoo.
