First off I would like to say: I am only looking for answers and I apologize to anybody who is upset by anything I have written online. If you have/will bad rep me I'm praying for you and have a wonderful day. No on to the top news!! This will look like random scribble bc i typed it while on the phone with YPN a few mns ago: IM NOT BANNED!!!! YPN JUST TOLD ME!!! This is what the YPN rep said: theres going to be glitches during beta remember youre in a beta program you seem very antious and worried about being banned. if you get suspended, you will get email. you're not suspended, your account is open. if you get banned you you will get an email which you have not gotten. if this happend again, send specific screenshot from your websites when this happens in future in email. as soon as tech support gets here later today they will look at it. its 6.20am, i dont know yet whats the problem. i dont have anything for sure. i will forward case to tech supprt. its most likely related to lauch sat night of upgrades. call back after 12 pacific time. ---- Again I am not trying to upset anybody. One reason for posting this is to help anybody who may have a similar problem.
Well that is good news for you then. Congrats. Like I said earlier in one my posts it reminded me of the problem some of us had over a month ago when all our ads went white on us and they had to fix that as well. Hope it all works out well for you and you will not get a bad rep from me for asking a question that concerned you.
wentworth, I see this thread as educational for me and others and I thank you very much for sharing your recent YPN experience with us. I hope it works dor you. If I were you, I'd first copy a fresh code from the CP and see if it works b4 I contact YP.
Trying to replace the old YPN ads with new YPN ads results in more wite boxes. I will just wait and see what YPN tech support is able to do.
Day 4: YPN REP: It's a system wide error, its not just you (soemthing about "beta,.... limited release") they,re working on a solution Tech support will call or email you. ---- EDIT: My plan is to call them every 2 hours until its fixed. EDIT 2: The tech people are supposed to call or email me today.
This leads me to believe that it is also affecting revenue on other sites as well. I know that mine has dramatically dropped in last few days while others have normal revenue. All speculation of course, but still odd.
MY YPN ADS JUST RETURNED!!!! After 4 days of white boxes, the white boxes finally are GONE!!!!! YES!!! come on $$$. EDIT: Thanks to YPN for fixing this and giving us YPN!! and thanks to the people who were supportive while I had white boxes. TO the people who bad repped me: I'm praying for you.
