Whilst some javascript is loading, how do I put in a "loading" image

    I need to do the above and while the page is blank locating the javascript, need to insert a low file size image to say "loading"

    As an example, click on manga in the left menu http://www.cheapestwebgoods.co.uk/fs/books,-comics--and--magazines-100267/comics-100063/comic-magazines-100078/

    Using Dreamweaver 8
