I have PM'd few designers in the forum and am waiting reply for a bit long. I decided to post the topic.

I need a design basically for Wordpress but as I need it a bit urgent and I can code/design wordpress, I can manage a PSD blog design or a xhtml/css form of it.
I am outsourcing it because I have a quite busy schedule at my work place and would like someone to help me out with the design. If the first one is impressive, I sure will have many designs in future for you.
