Which would be the better domain?

So I'm considering buying another domain and I've searched for various variants of what I'm after and I've narrowed it down to three but, I don't know which would be best, with regards to memorability, seo, keywords and branding.

As an example I could have (not the actual domains I want):
    techilab.com (Techi lab)
    techilabs.com (plural version- Techi labs)
    itechlab.com ( iTech/HiTech[?] lab)

I'd like to buy all of them and redirect em all to the one site but, I dont have the funds to do that :( and even if I did, I still wouldnt know which to use as the main domain. So out of those options, which would be better with regards to the aforementioned things (brand-ability, seo, memorability etc).

Personally, I'm leaning more towards last option but, I'm not 100% sure.

Hi Mixedbag, personally I like the last choice - itechlab with or without the "s". Even Hitechlab(s) would work well also. Those two options flows and would be more memorable. The techilab seems awkward.

As for seo, keywording, and branding, it's difficult to offer an opinion on these aspects without more info on what you want to do with the site.

    Best wishes to you!

I would have to agree with the pp. I too prefer the last one you have listed. For some reason I am seeing it as more professional looking!

Thanks :D. My thoughts as well. Techi is spelt many different ways too (techie, techy), and also means tetchy apparently. Thanks, will go with the last one :).
