which wordpress plugin is this?

i want a wordpress plugin which shows related posts at the end of every post.
i have one but it shows only text.I want thumbnails to be displayed.Please help me.i have an example o this blog

If you want an external one then you can try Linkwithin.

 

I personally preferred Linkwithin. It reduce bandwidth and usage. Use code generated by them put in template. Do not use plugin if has limited usage.
