Which wordpress file to import?

Which file do i need to import for wordpress post which created locally using xampplite server.

 

If you want to import your blogposts into your local Wordpress setup, try following these instructions:

1. Go to your online Wp admin area (http://yoursite.com/wp-admin) and click on Manage tab
2. Click on Export and then click on the Download Export File button. Save the xml file (eg. save it in your Desktop)
3. Once the file has been downloaded to your PC, go to your local Wordpress admin area (eg. http://localhost/yourblog/wp-admin), click on Import and then click on Wordpress
4. Upload the xml file using the file input field, and click on Upload file and import

Wordpress will automatically import all your blog posts and comments from that xml file.
