I am doing all the activities like article submission, directory submission, Press Release Submission, social bookmarking, forum posting and blog commenting, but not getting the desired result as the keywords keep on jumping and some are still on the same position showing no improvements. Kindly suggest me some different activities other than these one which will prove to be more effective and result oriented. Thanks
I guess you are covering most of the techniques, but you can also optimize the website using On page techniques like optimizing the titles, meta and H1 tags. Also you create high quality content and share it using social media channels like Facebook, Twitter, etc.
You can do some testings and experiments. SEO is a very vast field and we need to explore more things that will work for us. Those methods that you are using are the most common yet powerful link building techniques. You just have to discover the full weight values of those methods.
You should also concentrate on all on-page factors, which gives more weight-age of your website like unique content update, proper keywords placement, great internal linking, navigation of the site, seo friendly linking path and more..
Just make sure all your activity is carried out by hand and not automated. Also don't commit all your energies to one area (ie forum participation) and neglect others.
