I think you're trying to find out a niche that fetches you more revenue through Adsense. Am I correct? If so, please try to build Auto insurance or mesothelioma website...

Well, AFAIK any site can do as long as the content has relevancy, is original and informative.
What I would do, if I were to create such a site is think about the subjects first.
If the text is relevant for (eg) ads from lawyers, sollicitors, financial institutes etc the ads shown will bring in more $$ than ads from dogfood, pencils, scrapbooking etc.
The former are more expensive for the advertisers, so you get a bigger piece of the cake there opposed to the latter that hardly cost anything.
Also, from hear-say, your site should be up 6 months or more before you are granted for AdSense by Google.

 

find one niche about any popular product and make website about that product and then use adwords advertising
