    even though i need some more most frequently sports updates sites....:)

    eastsideboxing or boxingnews24 for boxing news

    other than that I really don't know. probably espn or yahoo sports

    Yeah, if you are looking at all sports updates, then, www.espnstar.com is a good place to start. for cricket, there is cricinfo.com, amongst many others like www.cricketworld.com which will provide you updates related to English cricket.
