I think it is best that you start with keyword research. Find keywords that at least 1000 exact match searches and less than 50000 search results in exact match.

If you have money to invest, get one of the keyword research tool such as keyword elite, micro niche finder or market samurai. Some of them are pretty powerful. They can even analyse the strength of your competitor website and find content for your website.

 

Google gives more value to a website that offers unique and fresh content. Content that is not written by a software application, but that reads like a human has written it.

 

i think a blog will be good with unique and original content.
