    I didn't know where else to put this, so I decided to go with general.

    I'm a tech guy. A geek. My homepage is Google. Yet, when it comes to webmail, I can't stand the way Gmail looks/feels. For some reason, Yahoo's new Ajax based webmail appeals to me more.

    I'm curious if other people feel the same way. Do you prefer Gmail over Yahoo or vice versa. If so, why?

    I like Gmail as well as Yahoo! Mail but I voted for Yahoo! Mail as I have been using it for a long time and it works well for me. :)

    I have been consistently using both Yahoo as well as gmail....I find both excellent to use.

    I like GMail because its faster and more convenient to use than Yahoo Mail. It also has some extra features and all in the same window where as you have to go to new window in case of Yahoo.

    Yahoo for me. Gmail doesn't feel right to me.

    Of course Squirrel Mail and Round Cube over anything else :p

    Yahoo is better for all kind of internet connections.. at least it does not have the restrictions like gmail for some of the networks which Google feels are unsecured.
    Yahoo normal version is better than the Beta version.

    Gmail - Took a while to get used to it but the features are great: archiving, labels, stars & some of the google lab apps.. The calender is good too.

    Not only it offer free email support email client , but also it offer free enterprise emails .
