I use Market Samurai for this. It aint a website, but an application, but is probably the best application that you can use for keyword research and the such.

The only one I tried was backlinkwatch.com, but they aren't very good.

My site with over a hundred backlinks only shows like 14 there.

I use the Yahoo API. You can get incoming links to a page or to the domain. I built an a page that queries the api for me so its pretty simple.

80% webmasters use siteexplorer.yahoo.com to know number of backlinks, but to know more backlink stats then backlinkwatch is more preferred.

Backlinkwatch.com is terribly inaccurate, and very slow.

If you analyze the results, you will find that there are many, many errors and inaccuracies. If it's a free tool, it's probably worth what you are paying for it (nothing).

I have used http://www.WebCompAnalyzer.com for deep link analysis to quickly and accurately find the links poiting to a site.

If you want a free option the best site is Yahoo's site explorer, although it is cumbersome and won't reveal the anchor text to the links.

I think you should either use Google webmaster tool or yahoo site explorer. They will tell you all the links for a website.
