Which web hosting to host file sharing web site

    Anyone has suggestion which web hosting copany is recommended to host file sharing site. It must enable to edit php.ini file, php ioncube loader installed...

    One of the hosting that suitable (from what I read before) to host file sharing site is Bluehost. Hope anyone can gives other suggestion. Thanks

    i would personally buy a dedicated server from hostgator, or bluehost

    Depending on what you need, I can probably provide but you haven't specified if your looking for shared, VPS, or dedicated. From the looks of it you need VPS or dedicated if you want to edit php.ini . Offers are in my signature. Contact me if you have any questions.

    Well, don't dream of going too far with a file shaing site on a shared host. It'll be suspended in no time.
    Start with a VPS and go dedicated when you can afford.

    Hello,

    A VPS is a Virtual Private Server, it is a server with root access and acts like a dedicated server! But, you might be a VPS with a few others on a VPS!

    You get RAM dedicated to you, space and bandwidth! Its the feeling of a Dedicated, but not a dedicated :p :)

    A virtual private server (VPS, also referred to as Virtual Dedicated Server or VDS) is a method of partitioning a physical server computer into multiple servers that each has the appearance and capabilities of running on its own dedicated machine. Each virtual server can run its own full-fledged operating system, and each server can be independently rebooted.

    In other words it acts like a dedicated and has more dedicated resources like a dedicated but is still being shared.

    Yeah vps or dedicated server is the best option for you. You can start with a vps and then move on to dedicated server.
