    Please help me... Which web hosting is best for a website with over 5000 visits a day.. i have heard about dreamhost, hostgator, hostmonstor, fatcow..etc.. among this which is the best..

    And, also please give me your suggestions..

    Yes, what you need to use the hosting for ?

    Normal websites, media websites, its depending on hosting space and bandwidth you will need.

    There is not really a best web hosting company, Its really what you think is the best. Just make sure that the company has good support. Also dont just go for a company because they are offering a lot of space and bandwidth for a cheap price because they cannot actually offer that amount they just say they can.

    I suggest you to choose byethost.com

    Because they were first in top 10 for a benchmark test conducted by free-webhosts.com

    Their timing was 27s. A faster server.

    We chosed the hosting 5 months before, and this results came out recently. I had no surprise because their server is super fast. I have used x10hosting earlier - don't like that. Byethost gives me all at 36$ per year.

    are you using cms like wordpress, drupal, joomla? if you are then i would suggest downtownhost.com. they are not overseller. They offer litespeed webserver (which is FAST).

    I used to host there until i moved to Linode (I needed more control for the same price).
