exchanging links from related sites definitely better than non-relevant link exchanges ... !!!

 

How do you measure relevancy? If the linking page is relevant but the overall domain is not relevant, I donot think it will help much.

But than again if the linking page is well optimized with page title, content and the filename containing the keywords, it will help.
