    Hey, I think the mocha is the good one they have great deals mochahost.com, with 200Gb, 6Gb of memory, 2.26 GHz dual core and much more for about $42.00, I did use their service few months ago, for one of my project just used for few months and then canceled the project so maybe you can try there is no contract.

    Are you looking VPS for any streaming services or Warez Hosting? If so, you may have to check with the host if they allow to host such sites. Many hosts have restrictions over these things.
