Which virtual debit card...

    Which virtual debit card has the lowest fees and is reliable and easiest to use. Ive never used virtual card yet.

    You can go for a Mastercard account with wirecard.com. Almost every country is accepted, everything needed is a mobile number to recieve an activation code. It´s for free. You can load your account with credit card, IBAN, card-to-card transfer and SWIFT transfer.

    If you are using paypal you can check with their virtual card as well.
