Which version of Photoshop are you using ?

I see that most of the recommendations here about a graphic software suitable for designing end up in Photoshop. Does all of you use the latest version " CC " ? or CS versions ?

CS5, but only because I'm used to it and I'm not willing to pay extra for the new version. If you're looking to buy your first, just get the newest one available.

I tried the CC. I never owned the desktop version. It's nice that we can pay a monthly fee for the new online version.

I am currently using the creative cloud version, (CC). It does everything I need to do and more. I was using CS3 before I upgraded, and it lacked some features that would speed up my workflow. It's a fantastic investment and worth every penny if you ask me.

I'm still using CS3 and I don't know if there is a CC version.

I use CS6, which I believe is the newest CS version. However, if you are buying for the first time I would probably just get the Cloud version.

I use CC it has too many extra features to pass up, but I still use CS6 for incompatible plugins and scripts. It's a pain but I use Sandboxie "it's free" to launch multiple instances of PS :) I don't like to but it beats the alternative which is closing CC going to CS6 then back to CC.

I still use CS5. Tried using CS6, but it’s too painful to use (at least for me since some friends like them).

I use CC , everytime there is an updated version I automatically change software. CC seems to cost more but in the long run you're actually saving a lot of money, not to mention that you get updates automatically installed as long as you have internet. If you are still uncertain what version to get you can check my blog article, it may help you decide www[.]lanotdesign[.]com/blog-post/real-cost-of-adobe-photoshop-2/

Like most of the others... I'm using CS5. Love it. I also love GIMP though, but Photoshop will probably always be the industry leader.

I am on CS6 but I don't feel like running the application as it eats everything in my memory. However, I like it.
