Which version of design is better ? ( Job Portal website )

    Hi DP'ers, I need your help! I have created two versions for my new Job Portal website.

    Can you please advise me which one is good ? And what can be improved ?
    Following are the two designs:

    Is there a huge difference in the two? I like the subdued colors of the first one. Both of them, however, need a new logo.

    There is no much difference, just a few color/font adjustments

    I have not seen any significance difference that separates the two. Maybe you could improve on the appearance of the second one.Good work there though
