Which url type will perform better regarding SEO?

    As I have not tested the combinations, I have been curious regarding which url will perform better on Search Engines from following 3 url types.

    1. http://www.mydomain.com/insights/OTHERDOMAIN.com (eg. http://www.mydomain.com/insights/digitalpoint.com)
2. http://www.mydomain.com/OTHERDOMAIN.com (eg. http://www.mydomain.com/digitalpoint.com)
3. http://OTHERDOMAIN.com.mydomain.com (eg. http://digitalpoint.com.mydomain.com)
