Which URL structure is better...

Please tell me which url structure is better for Search engine optimization.

For Example

1:- new-york-hotels.domain
2:- domain/new-york-hotels.htm
3:- hotels.domain/new-york.htm
4:- new-york.domain/hotels.htm

Please note down that "New York Hotels" is my targeted Keyword Pharase and my domain name is totally different. I mean not including any related keyword.

My Second Question is that which Structure have more weight

1: domain/new-york-hotels/
OR
2: domian/new-york-hotels.htm

 

i think urls like domain/new-york-hotels.htm are better . this will give you better ranking results

 

I would prefer the second option for both cases

domain/new-york-hotels.htm and hotels.domain/new-york.htm looks more like a natural extension of your site.
