You will need to consider the use of punctuation in your URLs/domains. The URL Peanutbutter.com/crunchy-peanut-butter is 1 million times for useful to Google than Peanutbutter.com/crunchypeanutbutter. It is highly recommended that you use hyphens (-) instead of underscores (_) in your URLs.

Overly complex URLs, especially the ones containing many or multiple parameters, can cause major problems for crawlers by creating unnecessarily high numbers of URLs that are pointing to identical or even similar content on your website. As a result, the Googlebot may consume much much more bandwidth than ultimately necessary, or may be unable to completely index all the unique content on your site.

This may not completely answer what you're looking for, but go with the 2nd URLs mentioned above.

    • Peanutbutter.com/crunchy-peanut-butter/
    • Peanutbutter.com/smooth-peanut-butter/
is good as they contain extra keywords which may help you to get ranked well for these keywords.

For me, the second example is better then the first one as it's more specific.
