Which url pattern is better?

I am building my website:
It contains wallpapers. So please tell me which url pattern will be better in SEO perspective?

PATTERN 1

For list of indian female celebrities (category level 1)
wallpaper/indian-female-celebrities-id23

For Gallery of amrita arora actress: (category level 2)
wallpaper/indian-female-celebrities-id23/amrita-arora-id43

For display wallpaper page: (IMAGE PAGE (last level))
wallpaper/indian-female-celebrities-id23/amrita-arora-id43/showimage/23/1024x768

PATTERN 2

wallpaper/cat1/indian-female-celebrities-id23

The decision should be simple for you. For SEO URLs should be meaningful (like everything else). Therefore things like cat1, d23 or 56 are useless and meaningless to search engines. Choose a URL structure that is meaningful and keyword rich

pattern 1 is good.and in this there is no need of keeping id23 in pattern 1.if you remove it the url structure looks good.
