    I've been breathing SEO everyday for at least 2 years straight.

    The thing with SEO is you got to have a plan & keep moving forward to see the real benefits. Remember, slow & steady wins the race.

    Well the url that also include your target keyword in it is more seo friendly (imo).

    This is why the first url is a winner... it alllow your keyword to be found by the Se's in your url.

    Remember, the more pages, or categories or subcategories a spider has to crawl, the longer it takes for them to find it, index it, because it has to actually go through 3 or more subpages, subcategories to get to exactly what the page is about or post is about.

    Anyway, go with #3....

    The first one completely sux... too much going on to actually get to the page....

    You can put your keywords into #3, and get straight to the point for Google to crawl and index it immediately.. Much Much sooner than #2 or #1.
