Which Types of Link are read by google webmaster ?

    I have use seen that stumble upon and digital point forums they give us nofollow link . But Google web-master give the links to stumbleupon but digital point forum not .
    Why ?

    Google only show a fraction of site's total, they surely index so many backlinks but intentionally not showing them all.
