    Google always love quality backlinks. If your backlinks came from any authority high PR site google must index those links. Link exchange with your niche related site/blog will increase your PR in google fast.

    Google loves quality links always. So, if you have a quality links it will still alive. Also links from .edu and .gov also have great value.
