    I think each country has favorite kid channels but there are few popular common channels such as Nickelodeon, Disney and few others which are available in many countries.

    In my opinion the cartoons are best for kids. The cartoon programs like Micky mouse , Tom and Jerry etc are good for their to see. They also must see the programs that enables to increase the knowledge. Now the epic stories like Ramayana and Mahabharata are also telecast as cartoons. So the kids have to increase their knowledge by seeing this type of programs.
