    I agree with everyone above, but I am assuming you are looking for actual tools to help you? There are a bunch, but I have tried submityourarticle dot come. It 20/month but i think its worth it if you submit a lot of articles. Obviously you don't want to get get backlinks from one place, you need to build a variety of backlinks. Hope this helps!
