Which tool is the best for selection in Photoshop?

    The different selection tools do different things. The best approach is to learn what each of them do, and use them as appropriate.

    Each one is best for doing a different thing. So, as usual with questions such as "what is the best", the REAL answer is "it depends" !! :)
