    I use www.backlinkwatch.com it orders the link based on pr juice from above to bottom ..very nice and easy to use but have boosted the banner ads too much on there site now a days ...

    Just be aware that, with SEO Spyglass, there are ongoing payments to continue to use the software after your first 6 months. They don't make this clear in the sales copy and, as you can read on their forum, for many people this comes as a nasty shock.

    Ya thats true Yahoo was the best tool for checking the backlinks. Lots of tools are available for checking the backlinks but sometimes they don't show exact results.

    You can also use google to check the backlinks. Put link:www.abc.com in google & got the backlink results.
